Action planning
Once you’ve carried out your survey, it’s vital to take action and address the issues raised in your results. All too often organisations take the trouble to listen to their people, but take no action – which can be highly damaging to engagement in the workplace.
We’ve designed our action packs to help you quickly identify what measures you need to take to address the key issues raised in your reports. The packs do this by:
- Identifying the main themes to be addressed
- Linking key ‘current state’ data to each theme and placing this within an action planning template
- Creating a presentation and agenda for on-site action planning session/s
- Facilitating, and reporting on the outcomes of, the action planning session (if required), and finalising your initial action plan
Our action plan service is flexible and can be tailored to different areas and levels of your organisation – so if you’re only looking to target an individual department, they’ll receive a pack bespoke to their own themes and ways of working.
