Engagement Factory

The Engagement Factory is a networking and benchmarking event, intended to bring together people involved in surveying in their organisations in order to discuss their survey findings and employee engagement practices. As well as providing an opportunity to discuss key questions related to methods and best practice, the Engagement Factory provides a space to exchange data, and to listen to some key speakers give their thoughts on employee engagement.

This half-day event consist of workshops and key presentations, encouraging interaction with other attendees to further your understanding of surveying and employee engagement in general. A key challenge with surveying is being able to draw the right conclusions and identify appropriate actions from your results – we aim to help attendees use this opportunity to learn from others and to share their expertise, leading to benefits for all.

An invitation is extended to all People Insight clients, and attendance is free. The only requirement is that you come to the event with an open mind and the willingness to share ideas and best practice with fellow professionals!
