How can you tell how close my organisation is to achieving the Standard?
By involving all (or a sample) of your people in a paper, internet or email based staff attitude survey - designed by assessors - that contains questions to test several key areas including, planning, communication, management effectiveness and learning & motivation.
We will set up and roll out the survey, collect and analyse the findings and produce a report that illustrates your people management strengths and weaknesses against the Standard and provides you with some ideas for moving forward.
You then have the option of meeting one of our consultants to follow up the report and help you to interpret the findings. This will help you to get your key people motivated behind the results and identify what action needs to take place to address any areas of development.

Our reports present compelling graphical analyses of the issues using both quantitative and qualitative data to provide you with a rich understanding of your people management strengths and weaknesses. As well as a clear understanding of your overall position against the new Standard, you can also see how different teams, departments or locations compare to each other by question and Indicator.
